Takaya Sakaki creates a religious cult centered around the coming of Nyx and the Fall as a salvation, with himself as the high priest and Jin spreading rumors around the network. Sometimes these foes don't even have weaknesses, so you need to create your own openings with buffs, debuffs, and status effects that can turn the tide in your favor.
